A WORLD OF OPTIONS
Big ambitions. Great places to start.

LOOK BEYOND THE BROCHURE
Choose a pathway. Not just a postcode.
Belgium and the Netherlands are EU members; the UK is a separate comparison. There is no single EU-wide student or settlement route.
| What matters | 🇧🇪 Belgium Our starting focus | 🇳🇱 Netherlands | 🇬🇧 United Kingdom |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tuition context | Flanders: €5,300–€12,000/year for many non-EEA full-time degrees (2026/27). Exceptions apply. | Non-EEA averages: €9,000–€20,000 bachelor’s; €12,000–€30,000 master’s/year. | Check your exact international programme fee. Compare the full degree cost and living expenses. |
| After graduation | Eligible graduates can apply for a search year of up to 12 months. | Eligible graduates can apply for a one-year orientation permit. | Graduate route: 2 years if applying by 31 Dec 2026; 18 months from 1 Jan 2027. Doctorates: 3 years. |
| Study & long-term residence | Student residence counts at half rate toward the five-year EU long-term residence calculation, subject to eligibility and a qualifying later status. | EU long-term residence and national permanent residence have different rules. Get a route-specific assessment before counting study years. | Student time is not a direct work-route settlement pathway, but eligible lawful study can count toward the separate 10-year long-residence route. |
| Career reality check | Investigate Dutch/French language needs, internships and employer permit requirements. | Check housing availability, Dutch language needs and the employer route after orientation year. | Check employer sponsorship and current work-route requirements before committing. |
We help you compare course fit, local language, internship access and realistic next steps. Country-wide placement superiority is not assumed.

GOOD QUESTIONS. HONEST ANSWERS.
Before you take the leap.
Are you a visa agent or university representative?
No. StudyBridge is an independent education advisory concept. We do not issue visas, represent universities or act as immigration representatives. Admission decisions belong to institutions; visa decisions belong to authorities.
Which schools have the best visa approval rates?
We do not publish unsupported school-level visa success claims. A recognised institution, suitable course, credible study plan and complete evidence matter, but none guarantees a visa. Always check the official eligibility rules.
Can I use WAEC, NECO, HND or a Nigerian degree?
Each programme assesses qualifications individually. Bachelor’s applicants should check secondary qualification equivalence and any entrance requirements. HND holders should ask about bridging or preparatory routes; direct master’s admission is not automatic. English-language test waivers are institution-specific.
What about medicine, nursing, law or healthcare placements?
These can involve regulated professions. Admission does not give a right to practise. Check language proficiency, licensing, credential recognition, entrance exams and placement eligibility with the university and professional regulator. We do not arrange clinical or employment placements.
Are scholarships or part-time jobs a complete funding plan?
No. Scholarships are competitive and may have earlier deadlines. Do not rely on an unconfirmed award or future part-time income to meet tuition or financial-proof requirements. Check Master Mind through Study in Flanders, Erasmus Mundus through the EU, and each institution’s official funding pages.
What is included in the €50 fee?
A personal education advisory conversation about your profile, course options, budgeting and application next steps. University application fees, tuition, government fees and professional legal advice are separate. Confirm session duration, availability, cancellation and refund terms with the advisor before payment.
